Context:

As the owner’s engineer, the responsibility entrusted was the coordination of the project’s definition phase. This occurred subsequent to the conclusion of the feasibility study by the client. The project definition phase was methodically organized into specific workstreams, with a multitude of documents to ensure the project’s maturation and streamlining.

What we delivered:

- Progressive implementation of our stage-gate model, in close cooperation with the client.
- Technical support on many aspects such as CAPEX and DEVEX estimation, critical analysis of the feasibility study, support on permitting and project risk analysis and many other tasks.
- Implementation of a ShareDrive, documentation structure, schedule and progress tracking tool, minutes of meetings folder and action list tracker to structure the workflows with a collaborative platform.
